What is a Senior Living Advisor?

A Senior Living Advisor helps families find care community options for elder loved ones. They are like realtors, but for senior care. They help families find an independent retirement community or assisted living facility to move into. Senior Living Advisors earn commissions from the retirement community directly for referring a resident that has moved into their building. The national average commission is $3,750, and that’s on the low side. With an existing book of business, Senior Living Advisors should be able to book two of these transactions per month.
